The doctorate in Law is an interdisciplinary programme in which the different areas of knowledge that constitute the Department of Law come into play. These areas offer doctoral students the chance to participate actively in regular seminars so that they can find out about the latest lines of research -and benefit from them- of both national and foreign lecturers invited to take part, plus the latest methodological tools applied to legal research.

Objectives The doctorate in Law includes, on the one hand, the writing and presentation of a doctoral thesis, consisting of original research work on one of the doctorate lines of research, and on the other, a training period in the form of courses, seminars and similar activities.
