The research projects focus on a wide scope of topics, including new methods for wood and agricultural crop production, innovative processes for the investigation of new plant characteristics and the development of new products on the basis of sustainably produced plants. This is supported by close ties to regional companies active in these areas.
Students are given the opportunity to conduct an independent research project in their specialist area. In addition, the programme encompasses lectures, seminars, methods courses and language and professional skills courses. Based on this spectrum of courses, students can compile their own individual course of studies. Support in the selection of courses and the related administration is provided by the programme coordinator.
