This program gives to PhD students an opportunity to work towards a doctoral degree in law with a combination of independent research and seminars.
After following several seminars or their interest in Bilbao, students will be tutorized in developing research papers and will be assisted in their PhD work.
A group among the best students will have the opportunity to participate in the Agora, a yearly encounter of PhD students from the universities belonging to ATLAS (2009: Osgoode, 2010: New York, 2011: Deusto-Bilbao).
The best students will be offered the possibility to conduct short research stays in partner universities (3 months).
"Doctor Europeus" mention would be possible for those PhD students fulfilling the criteria.
