Therefore the student must possess a broad academic and dentistry education and be able to manage all areas of clinical dentistry. He must have sufficient education in all dentistry-related sciences and be able to work with other professionals, who can be dentists as well as professionals from other areas of the health sector. The student must also have good communication skills and be motivated to have a receptive and positive attitude towards new knowledge and technological advances. He has to be able to practise integrated dentistry using both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, within a framework of solving problems.
