Students will be taught more adequate methodologies to carry out research of ICT quality for development, which are purely scientific-technical or to evaluate the impact and sustainability. Furthermore, students will learn about the most modern techniques and methods to manage and maintain communication infrastructure and services in isolated zones with difficult accessibility and hostile environmental conditions.
