The aim of this doctoral study programme is to educate and enable top-level professionals:
- to understand business environment from the point of view of business and working systems
- for an independent and prospective research
- for an in-depth research and creating new methods of planning, organizing, managing and controlling of business processes and systems as well as evaluating their broadest application
- for a critical judgement and analytical solving of the most demanding business problems from the area of interest.
During their doctoral studies the students will deepen their knowledge and comprehension of the quality management, system ergonomics, management of business processes and projects, product development and technological processes, eco-management, innovative processes as well as organization of technological systems.
The doctoral study programme is designed to be completed in 3 years / 180 ECTS:

- Scientific research of social phenomenon; 15 ECTS
- Individual Research Work - IRW (registration of doctoral dissertation); 15 ECTS
2. semester:
- Business and Working Systems; 10ECTS
- 2 elective courses; 20 ECTS

- Individual Research Work - IRW (preparation of doctoral dissertation); 10 ECTS
4. semester:

Register Now!To the 3rd degree study programme Organization and Management of Business and Working Systems may enrol the student who has completed:
* the 2nd degree study programme
* the university study programme, introduced before June 11, 2004,
* the college study programme, introduced before June 11, 2004, and the study programme for acquiring specialization. Before his enrolment into a given programme, the student has to fulfil his obligations and acquire 33 ECTS from the 2nd degree study programme. This means that the candidate has to fulfil the following study obligations, i. e. pass the examination in the following subjects: Multivariate analysis (6 ECTS), Organizational planning and changes (5 ECTS), Process management (6 ECTS), Information support of work processes (6 ECTS), Project management competences (5 ECTS), Automation of production processes (5 ECTS)
* other study programme related to the professions regulated by the EU directives, or any other consistent MA programme having value of 300 ECTS points
In the case of enrolment restrictions, the selection of the candidates will be based on:
- the average grade obtained at the examinations (20%)
- the grade obtained in defending a degree work or an MA thesis (20%)
- the grades obtained at the examination (60%) selected from the field of management of business and working systems.
Up to 50% of the grade at the selected subject examination can be replaced by the evaluation of the student´s scientific and professional work in the field of the given study programme.
The main criteria of the scientific work evaluation are publications as:
- scientific monograph
- independent scientific contribution in a monograph
- original or surveying scientific paper published in the journal qualified by impact factor (JCR), or in a journal indexed in the SCI, SSCI or A&HCI databases, as well as in a journal from the field of organization classified the secondary bases
- contribution published in a collection of international scientific conference.
The main criteria of the professional work evaluation are as follows:
- professional monograph
- independent professional contribution in a monograph
- published professional contributions on the conferences
- professional papers and/or peer reviews of them- editorship of a monograph or a journal
- other forms of documented professional activity
