The PhD program Business and Management is one of three PhD programs in the Department of Communication, Business and Information technology (CBIT). Professor Jan Mattsson (chair in marketing: mattsson@ruc.dk) is head of the program. Its central aim is to plan and undertake PhD education in the areas of: strategic management and leadership, organisation of business, innovation and technical development, service and tourism as social, economical and cultural phenomena.
