The graduate is acquainted with the scientific research methods, process-solving procedures in the field of technical materials as well as with the principles of individual and team research work. He understands the relationships of material research-development-production-utilisation-recycling, as well as the legal and environmental aspects of new material products. He is prepared to build his own research career, or enter the job market immediately as a researcher in research institutes, universities and large industrial plants focused at the materials manufacturing and/or material processing to the semi-products or final products.
