The Division of Mechanical Engineering & Mechatronics provides an exciting mix of research and teaching. Our staff make significant contributions to the field in research, teaching and knowledge transfer. Research is undertaken within four main groups:
* Biomedical Engineering
* Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering
* Innovative Engineering Design
* Surface Engineering & Tribology
Within these groups, smaller specialised research sub-groups operate.
